Jeremy Schilling, a Quinnipiac University alum, is the sole writer and editor for J Schil’s Blog. Graduating with a major in broadcast journalism and a minor in political science, he took his award-winning radio show from the college airwaves to the internet after commencement. “Teeing It Up with Jeremy Schilling” now airs on Mondays at 6pm ET/3pm PT on BlogTalkRadio.com.
In addition to continuing Teeing It Up, Jeremy also writes for Freehold Patch, NewJerseyNewsroom.com’s Pressbox sports site and Prosportsblogging.com, writing a weekly piece on the PGA Tour.
A golfer for over 14 years now, Jeremy brings that knowledge to Teeing It Up and continues to guest on other radio shows to offer the expertise when asked. A two-year varsity letterman in high school, he chose not to play in college, instead putting his love of the game to work in covering the Quinnipiac golf team, which he did for three years.
Before coming to Quinnipiac, Jeremy graduated from Marlboro High School in Marlboro, N.J., in June 2006 having been, as mentioned above, on the golf team for four years and also a member of the marching and concert bands all four years as well.

I would like to find out the name of the theme music Golf Channel uses as it goes to commercial. I think it would be a cool ring tone!
So would I. lol I have the guys name now…Frank Catanzaro…but when I googled him I didn’t come up with anything. I’ll keep searching.
Is there an email address for the producer of the CBS US Tennis Open coverage, as I’d like to send a question to the tennis commentators regarding the rain delays being experienced these last few days..thanks
I don’t know one but maybe someone else does. You can also go to CBSsports.com, click on TV, click on CBS Sports on the left side and see if you can find the contact information for one.
Update this.
I know covering QU’s golf team can be tiring.
Do you happen to know who the guy is providing the voiceover on ESPN’s little video montages during the Open telecast? I think he’s an actor, and I recognize the voice, but I can’t place it.
I think it’s Ian McShane (sp). Scott Van Pelt said yesterday that he was in Deadwood.
Hi, I just found some of the golf music themes via your blog. Hope you do some summary update version someday. Thank you very much. Live long and prosper!
Thank you. My plan is to do a summary version at some point, when I eventually get around to it.
