Two big events happened over the last two weeks: Tiger Woods’ unofficial (yet hugely important) Chevron World Challenge, and the European Tour’s season-ending Dubai World Championship. Here’s my thoughts in this week’s What It Means:
1) Tiger’s victory at the Chevron was huge for multiple reasons. Obviously it proved that his swing changes are coming around and he’s playing higher quality golf. But the two big things I took from this was that: a) he finished strong, birdieing the last two holes for the win, and b) he mentally was strong enough to FINISH.
