Your announcers should be ashamed of the way they talked down USA’s Ryder participant Stewart Cink before his amazing putt. What gives them the right to berate someone like that on national television. Cink obviously would not be playing for USA unless his peers and other believed in his abilities.
I only hope your announcers are now eating their words, and if not, they should be and I also feel Stewart Cink deserves a public apology from them.

I think Johnny was just looking purely looking at his record, but his putt did prove what kind of an asset he can be.
Johnny Miller is a bitter old crab on the NBC golf telecast. His comments on the Ryder Cup players has been hard to listen to. It is obvious he doesn’t think anyone is as smart as him….prick
