Quinnipiac Wins!

February 9, 2008

I’m so excited, I can’t put down many words about it.

In a stirring 5-1 win over Yale in front of a record 4,213 people at the TD Banknorth Sports Center in Hamden, CT, Quinnipiac had a very important rivlary win over Yale. The crowd was into it — almost a thousand over listed capacity, and with raucous thundersticks, gave the players all the motivation and energy they needed to win the game.

It was a big win for a team that desperately needed a solid 60 minutes of hockey. Hopefully they can do that again tomorrow at 12:30pm ET/9:30am PT on NESN versus Brown.
